An invitation
Dear friends,
We would like to invite you to a continuation circle. This can be for previous Year for You participants but also for those who have worked with either of us or are particularly interested in this work. We are going to hold four seasonal elemental workshops as our work together evolves.
It would be lovely to see you and explore together. Each group will be limited to 15 people again, you can take anyone or take the cycle of all four workshops together.

CO-CREATIVE CIRCLE
The Four Faces of Love
Through embodied practices and dance we find our ground as we move through our elemental nature….we slow down and find our bearings, our watery flow and our fierce and fiery nature, discovering our heart as it becomes more available to us in its true nature. As we encourage practicing with heart ,cultivating friendliness and compassion we can weave a safe and kind space for ourselves and each other in our circle.
Each weekend will focus on an aspect of heart i.e.Loving Kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy, and Equanimity.(Brahma Viharas from Buddhist teachings also found in the Yoga Sutras Chap 1, 33)
We draw inspiration from the ancient wisdom of a natural yoga , mindfulness, Authentic Movement ,Continuum, poetry and world music. The open Circle isoffered in the spirit of Self-Enquiry, Respect, Kindness and Inclusion.
In systemic and family constellations we start with a question, an issue that is alive.Firstly the constellation shows us ‘what is’ the present dynamic which maybe a result of the past, maybe transgenerational, we can also see what might emerge in the future. We don’t know but we can have a glimpse ofpossibilities for ourselves and systems of our bodies,families and community. A constellation is a service to the person who is working but also to the wider community.
Other aspects of this work are Art, Nature and personal ritual.
