There are so many varieties of yoga nowadays but the essence is actually quite simple and is based in kindness to the body and awareness in action. During one to one sessions I can show you a yoga practice that is accessible and suitable for your own body and way of life. Yoga can support psychotherapy very well and vice versa. When we move our bodies various experiences that are held can emerge and be processed through psychotherapy and often it is good to take the discoveries of therapy into the quiet reflective space of yoga practice.
