A note from Marianne

Though embodied awareness practices we slow down, breathe, sound, listen and rest into spacious silence. These practices will create ground as a foundation to explore and deepen our personal inquiry and especially in preparation for ‘family constellation’ work.
Over the weekend, we build somatic resources and develop helpful skills all to support each one’s personal process. There will be time in art and nature to allow for personal reflection and a gathering as it were of the seeds of what wants to be nurtured and integrated.

Constellations reveal the underlying and unconcious dymamics both within the parts of ourselves, members of our family, or other larger systems. Constellations can be valuable in seeing the underlying systemic cause of many illnesses and conditions. It's a very powerful method of exploration and often resolution.
